What: Sunflower cupcakes for Administrative Professionals Day

Details: We made these lovely sunflower cupcakes for our friend Eillen, the office administrator at the preschool where we first started “cupcaking”! The Sunflowers are made from sandwich cookies with frosting petals.
Outcome: Eileen loved them and so did the rest of the teachers and parents! |

Details: 2 dozen Harvest themed cupcakes consisted of apples, pumpkins and fall colored leaves.
Outcome: Very successful, we have now made cupcakes for multiple families whose children attend Russel Buyers.
